Rules and Regulations

 

Noble Grammar School undertakes various initiatives to enhance students’ education. In addition to the efforts made by the school, parents also play a crucial role in their children’s education. We acknowledge your involvement and kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the rules and regulations set forth by Noble Grammar School.


  1. Parents are required to ensure that their children always attend school in the designated school uniform.

  2. Please ensure that your child wears the school ID card at all times.

  3. It is important to send your child to school punctually and to collect them from the school within 30 minutes of the dismissal time.
  4. Parents, guardians, or authorized individuals picking up the child must carry a second copy of the Noble Grammar School ID Card.
    a. In the event of your child’s absence, please notify the principal in writing. For single-day absences, provide a written notice a day prior to the absence.
    b. If your child needs to be absent for more than three days, submit a written application signed by the parents/guardian at least one week prior to the intended leave.

  5. If you have questions or concerns, please meet the principal during the designated hours. Access to classrooms and staffrooms is restricted, but appointments can be made to meet the class teacher.

  6. To ensure uninterrupted education, please make timely payments of fees either through the bank or online, on or before the specified monthly due date.

  7. If the fee voucher is not received by the 5th of each month, the father or male guardian may obtain a duplicate copy from the administrative officer to ensure prompt fee submission.

  8. The Managing Committee of Noble Grammar School retains the authority to take disciplinary measures in the following instances: (These actions may involve issuing verbal or written warnings to students, transferring students to other campuses of Noble Grammar School, or even canceling admissions.) • Instances where a student is found to be in violation of the school’s ethical standards or rules and regulations. • Non-payment of school fees for two consecutive months.
